Low-Conductivity Coolant for Hydrogen Fuel Cell Thermal Management Systems
Application Scenarios:
-
Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicles (Passenger Cars, Commercial Vehicles, Buses)
-
Hydrogen Fuel Cell Power Generation Systems
-
Hydrogen Energy Storage and Conversion Equipment
-
Fuel Cell Test Benches and R&D Systems
-
Industrial Hydrogen Fuel Cell Applications
How to Use:
-
Prior to filling, make sure the cooling system is clean. Remove any remaining fluids, pollutants, or debris from prior coolant systems.
-
This product can be used directly or diluted, depending on the system design needs. If dilution is required, use only highly purified or deionized water.
-
To avoid introducing air, slowly fill the coolant into the hydrogen fuel cell cooling system.
-
Bleed the system completely to eliminate any trapped air and maintain proper circulation.
-
After filling, run the system and check the temperature, flow rate, and electrical conductivity to ensure proper operation.
-
Check the coolant level and system condition on a regular basis while in operation.
Important Notes:
-
Do not mix with regular automotive coolants or other fuel cell coolants, as this may impair electrical conductivity and corrosion prevention effectiveness.
-
Avoid contact with incompatible fluids, oils, or contaminants that may increase conductivity.
-
Keep in a sealed container to avoid moisture absorption and contamination.
-
If the coolant becomes visibly polluted or the conductivity exceeds system restrictions, replace it immediately.
-
Use adequate personal protection equipment (gloves, safety glasses) when handling.
-
In the event of inadvertent contact with the eyes or skin, thoroughly rinse with clean water.
- Dispose of used coolant in compliance with local environmental rules.
