Product brief introduction
The open mixing mill is an intermittent type of equipment used for processing plastics. It consists of two parallel rollers with a gap that can be adjusted. Its main role is to blend and plasticize the prepared raw materials, supplying the calender with evenly processed molten compounds. During rubber mixing, the device uses the shearing and squeezing forces generated by the counter-rotating rollers. Through repeated kneading, the rubber undergoes both physical mixing and chemical reactions, breaking molecular chains and dispersing ingredients uniformly to achieve proper mixing.
