Product Function

The main function is to mix and homogenize the raw materials, and then melt and plasticize them, providing the continuous rolling machine with uniformly mixed and plasticized molten materials.

Product Use

The rubber compounding process within an internal mixer is driven by the compressive and shear forces generated by two counter-rotating rotors. This intensive mechanical action not only kneads the material but also induces chemical reactions that break down the polymeric chains of the rubber and plastic. The primary objective is to achieve a uniform dispersion of all various ingredients throughout the compound, thus fulfilling the goals of compounding.
