Industrial Coated Sand Peeling Tester With Automatic Control And Electronic Temperature Controller
Mainly used to test the peeling performance of coated sand, this tester consists of:

- Heating plate
- Temperature controller
- Sand receiving plate
- Timer
The unit features an intelligent temperature controller to ensure heating plate temperature stability and an electronic digital display timer with automatic control. Compliant with JB/T 8583-2007 standard.
1. Weigh 450g of coated sand sample and place it in the sand hopper.
2. A reversible heating plate is positioned directly below the sand hopper, with adjustable temperature settings between 160℃ and 300℃ (typically set to 232℃ for standard measurements).
3. When the heating plate reaches the set temperature, add the coated sand into the funnel where it leaks onto the heating plate.
4. After 60 seconds of activation, the heating plate automatically flips 180°.
5. The non-bonded coated sand falls onto the sand receiving tray for weight measurement (W1).
6. Any shell shedding is recorded as weight W2 while maintaining heating plate position and temperature.
Curing rate g% = (450-W1-W2)/450 × 100
