The QR-RXH Coated Sand Automatic Core Shooting Prototype Machine is a specialized equipment designed for the rapid and automatic production of coated sand test specimens, including tensile and bending samples. By simply replacing the mold, it can also produce small sand cores for experimental and industrial applications.
Equipped with automatic temperature and time control and a fully automated sandblasting system, the machine ensures consistent specimen density and high accuracy of test results. It is widely applicable in production, scientific research, quality inspection, and teaching laboratories.
