Product Description:
PC plastic particles (polycarbonate) are a high-performance engineering plastic with various physical properties:
- High transparency (light transmittance of 90%)
- High strength
- High impact resistance (notch impact strength of 600-900J/m)
- Heat resistance (thermal deformation temperature of 130-140 ℃)
- Low temperature resistance (-40 ℃ to +135 ℃)
Moreover, PC has good chemical stability, being resistant to weak acids, weak bases, and neutral oils, but not resistant to strong bases and ultraviolet light.
PC is a non-crystalline thermoplastic material that requires preheating and drying before processing. It can be easily formed using injection molding or extrusion molding techniques.
