Polycarbonate PC 80-90 Shore D Hardness 1.2 G/cm3 Density and 147°C Glass Transition Temperature for Long-Lasting Products
Product Description:
PC plastic particles (polycarbonate) are a high-performance engineering plastic with the following physical properties:
- High transparency (light transmittance of 90%)
- High strength
- High impact resistance (notch impact strength of 600-900J/m)
- Heat resistance (thermal deformation temperature of 130-140 ℃)
- Low temperature resistance (-40 ℃ to +135 ℃)
Additionally, PC plastic particles have chemical stability:
- Resistant to weak acids, weak bases, and neutral oils
- Not resistant to strong bases and ultraviolet light
PC is a non-crystalline thermoplastic that requires preheating and drying before processing. It can be formed by:
- Injection molding
- Extrusion molding
