PC plastic particles (polycarbonate) are a high-performance engineering plastic with impressive physical properties. These include high transparency (light transmittance of 90%), exceptional strength, and high impact resistance (notch impact strength of 600-900J/m). Moreover, they exhibit outstanding heat resistance with a thermal deformation temperature ranging from 130 to 140 ℃, as well as impressive low-temperature resistance spanning from -40 ℃ to +135 ℃.
Furthermore, PC plastic particles demonstrate good chemical stability, being resistant to weak acids, weak bases, and neutral oils. However, they are not resistant to strong bases and ultraviolet light. PC is categorized as a non-crystalline thermoplastic, necessitating preheating and drying before processing. The material can be shaped using either injection molding or extrusion molding techniques.
