These include high transparency with a light transmittance of 90%, high strength, and remarkable impact resistance with a notch impact strength ranging from 600-900J/m. Moreover, they exhibit excellent heat resistance, with a thermal deformation temperature between 130-140 °C, as well as low-temperature resistance from -40 °C to +135 °C.

In terms of chemical stability, PC plastic is resistant to weak acids, weak bases, and neutral oils. However, it is essential to note that it is not resistant to strong bases and ultraviolet light. As a non-crystalline thermoplastic material, PC plastic requires preheating and drying before processing. It can then be shaped using techniques such as injection molding or extrusion molding.
