Product Description:
ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is a popular engineering plastic created through the copolymerization of three monomers: acrylonitrile (A), butadiene (B), and styrene (S).
Features:
The proportion of three monomers can be adjusted, usually styrene accounts for 60%, acrylonitrile 25%, and butadiene 15%, respectively, giving the material luster/processability, chemical resistance, and toughness.
Milky white particles, density 1.04-1.06 g/cm³, non-crystalline material, temperature resistance range -25°C to 80°C (long-term use).
Strong impact resistance (especially at low temperatures), high surface smoothness, easy to dye, electroplate or paint.
