The shell is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, offering superior strength while maintaining light weight. This design provides excellent heat dissipation, long service life, and quiet operation.
Features precision bevel gears with worm made of 20CR carburized alloy structural steel (56-62HRC surface hardness) and gear made of 10-1 tin bronze for high strength and corrosion resistance.
Designed for all-round installation with easy connection to motors, CVTs, and flange electromagnetic clutch brake units without requiring couplings.
Equipped with high-speed bearings and SKF seals, using synthetic oil for reduced temperature rise and friction.
