Zhongren ZRSM-D8900 painting machine for spraying viscous materials. This is a piston pump for airless painting, capable of working with paints and varnishes of medium and high viscosity. It is used during the application of paints and varnishes on metal structures. Suitable for applying finishing ready-to-spray putties, enamels and primers, for anti-corrosion paints for metal. And also for working with acrylic and latex paints for walls, facades and ceilings and other viscous paints and varnishes. It is characterized by a high spray rate (8 l / min) and high power (4,000 W). It works under a pressure of 230 Bar from an electrical network with a voltage of 220 V.

When compared to spraying with compressed air, what is airless spray painting? To put it simply, Airless spray painting just uses material pressure without the air. An electric or pneumatical pump or petrol engine places the material under pressure and forces a defined amount of material at a maximum pressure of 250 bar through a tip bore. This transforms the material into a spray.

A pump is used to bring the paint material to a pressure of up to 250 bar and then through an airless spray gun. When the paint valve (gun) is opened, the paint is forced through an opening in the airless tip of the right size relevant to the requirements. Atomization is created through the pressure difference between the coating material and the atmosphere. The flow rate and spray jet width are determined by the tip.
