Application Process
Undercoat Application
- Use solvent-based one-component epoxy primer or solvent-free epoxy primer mixture
- Apply evenly with roller or brush for seamless coating
Mortar Coating
- Mix solvent-based epoxy paint with 40~100 mesh quartz sand
- Apply with trowel for complete coverage
- Sand and clean after curing
Putty Application
- Mix solvent-based epoxy paint with filler (quartz powder, talcum powder)
- Fill depressions and defects
- Sand and clean after curing
Surface Coating
- Mix solvent-based epoxy paint thoroughly
- Apply evenly with roller for uniform, seamless coating
Wear-resistant Layer (Optional)
Applied 12-24 hours after initial coating to enhance durability and finish.
