Capable of cutting boards as narrow as 3.5mm. For aluminum base plates, we recommend using a double knife seat dividing machine.
All components including blades and accessories carry a 3-month warranty. Blade longevity depends on material quality and substrate type - imported high-speed steel outperforms standard materials, and cutting fiberglass boards provides longer blade life than aluminum substrates.
Production capacity ranges from 12,000 to 15,000 strips per day at 400mm/s speed over 8-10 hours of operation.
