Maintenance and Service
Filter Element Replacement
- Open the bin door at lower right and remove filter cartridge with wrench
- Install new filter element after cleaning internal components
- Wear industrial rubber gloves during replacement
- Drain all liquid from pipes, storage tanks, and filters
- Use special wrench for installation and tightening
- Check for leaks after replacement and tighten as needed
Tank Cleaning Procedure
- Clean filter box and replace filter screen
- Open bin door and unscrew liquid storage tank cover
- Remove and clean filter bag with cleaning solution
- Reinstall filter bag and close tank cover
