Our client sought a supplier of prefabricated steel to provide high quality materials for an 11,868 sq ft flexible warehouse, the first of six identical phases of leasehold warehouses built for future tenants.

Quality under our control: After positive experience with steel structures, the client prioritized quality materials for all future projects. We supplied all main frames, columns and beams from our Spanish factory, ensuring complete quality control.

Engineering expertise: Beyond supplying steel, we revised architectural drawings to improve functionality by eliminating unnecessary columns, enhancing insulation, and optimizing space with a mezzanine office design.

Seamless execution: The custom-designed building features steel frames, columns, beams, and insulated metal panels. Installation is progressing smoothly toward July 2023 completion, with the client already planning the second phase.
