Our new manufacturing facility in Charleston, South Carolina was designed to meet the needs of growing businesses with major contracts on the horizon. The project required a large custom steel fabrication facility capable of accommodating four 100 tonne cranes in a 60 foot high structure.

The design features over five-foot high runway beams, additional steel framing at each end, and includes four massive 85-foot x 55-foot doors. Engineered to withstand harsh coastal conditions, we implemented a white topcoat on all major steel for superior protection.
