1. Basic structure and working principle
 
CORE STRUCTURE
Power system-----Built-in rechargeable lithium battery (common voltage is 12V, 18V, etc.) to provide power for the motor, support cordless operation, and the battery life can meet hundreds to thousands of packing times depending on the model.
Tightening mechanism-----The motor drives the gear or belt, and clamps the strapping tape (such as PP belt, PET belt) through the clamp to achieve rapid tightening, and the tightening force can be adjusted (usually in the range of 50-3000N).
Welding-------Depending on the type of strapping tape, it is divided into two methods:
Hot melt type: The plastic strapping tape is melted and pressed together through the heating plate, which is suitable for PP strap and PET strap.
Bite type: The strapping tape is mechanically bitten and fixed through metal teeth, which is suitable for some high-strength steel straps or special material straps.
Operation panel-------Includes power switch, tightening button, welding button, tension adjustment knob, etc. Some high-end models are equipped with LCD display screen to display information such as power and tension value.
Body shell---------made of high-strength plastic or metal, lightweight and wear-resistant. Some models are designed with anti-slip handles to improve holding comfort.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Wrap the PP PET STRAPPING BELT around the goods, cross and overlap the two ends and put them into the tightening mechanism of the strapping machine.

Start the tightening button, and the motor drive mechanism tightens the strapping tape to the preset tension (to ensure the goods are firm).

Trigger the welding/biting mechanism to fix the overlapping part (hot melt type needs to be heated briefly and then cooled, and the bite type is directly mechanically locked).

Cut off the excess strapping tape and complete a packaging. The whole process only takes a few seconds, safe and firm, 100% bonding and fusion.
