PET plastic-steel strapping is a new type of packaging and strapping material made primarily from polyethylene terephthalate (PET) through processes such as hot extrusion.
Appearance-------- Typically green or black, with a smooth, glossy, and crystal-clear surface, various colors can be customized to meet customer needs.

ADVANTAGES

High Temperature Resistance------With a melting point between 255°C and 260°C, it can maintain its shape for extended periods within a temperature range of -110°C to 120°C, making it suitable for use in a variety of climates.

High Chemical Resistance--------- PET is chemically stable and can withstand most chemicals, while being resistant to corrosion by acids, alkalis, and salts.

Excellent Aging Resistance---------- Under normal operating conditions, it is less susceptible to aging and embrittlement, resulting in a long service life. The addition of antioxidants, UV absorbers, and other additives further enhances its aging resistance

Excellent Performance-----
High Strength----- Its tensile strength is close to that of steel strapping of the same specification and approximately 10 times that of PP strapping. It can withstand greater tension and ensure the safety of heavy goods during transportation.
Low Elongation----- Its elongation is only one-sixth that of polypropylene (PP) strapping, allowing it to maintain tension for a long time, preventing the packaged goods from loosening.
Excellent Flexibility----- Its exceptional flexibility prevents the strapping from breaking and causing the contents to fall apart due to bumps during transportation. It also lacks the sharp edges of steel strapping, preventing scratches on the packaged goods or injuries to hands.

APPLICATIONS
Steel and Metal Products Industry------- Suitable for bundling and packaging metal materials such as steel, aluminum, and copper. It can withstand heavy loads and ensure stability during transportation and storage.
