- Air Source Requirements: Use dry, clean compressed air. Moisture and impurities can damage pneumatic components. Install pneumatic triplex (filter, pressure regulator, lubricator) at air intake
- Air Pressure Adjustment: Strictly follow machine specifications. Low pressure causes loose straps; excessive pressure increases wear and potential damage
- Regular Maintenance: Lubricate moving parts regularly and inspect/replace worn components (friction plates, cutters, gears)
