High Maneuverability 50 Tons Automatic Transfer Trolley For Marble Slab Transport
This heavy-duty, highly mobile automatic transfer equipment is specially developed for the stone industry, designed for transporting, stacking, and precisely positioning large stone slabs and blocks weighing up to 50 tons. It combines large load capacity with flexible mobility through an automated control system, addressing industry points of low handling efficiency, high damage rates, and dangerous operations in stone processing plants.
- Load-bearing capacity: Rated 50 tons with optimized load-sharing structure for large-sized, heavy-weight stone slabs
- Walking system: McNamm wheelset or omnidirectional wheelset enabling all-round movement including longitudinal, lateral, oblique, and in-place rotation
- Navigation method: Laser SLAM natural navigation
- Drive and power supply: Independently driven by high-power servo motor with high-energy lead-acid battery pack, supporting continuous operation and battery swapping

Designed specifically for modern large-scale stone processing and storage centers:
- Production line connection: Automatically transfer plates between infrared bridge cutting machines, automatic grinding and polishing lines, and drying lines
- Finished product storage: Automatically transport finished stone slabs to three-dimensional warehouses or flat storage yards for high-precision stacking and retrieval
- Loading and unloading assistance: Cooperate with cranes or forklifts to precisely position and move trucks during loading and unloading operations

- CNC Cutting: Transport steel plate from raw material warehouse to CNC cutting workshop for cutting, followed by simple processing
- Preliminary Assembling: Assemble cut steel plates according to design drawings
- Welding: Weld steel plates with automatic welding machines
- Post Weld Treatment: Test welding sections, polish and burr, then perform stress elimination treatment
- Spray Primer: Transport processed structure parts to painting booth for zinc-rich epoxy antirust primer application (two layers)
- Assembling: Assemble structure parts with wheels, motors, and gear boxes
- Paint Finish: Transport assembled cart to painting booth for final paint application after primer inspection
- Debugging: Debug cart with electric control system, perform no-load and load testing, then transport to storage area

- Multiple units (2-3 sets): Transported by full container
- Single unit: Transported by LCL (Less than Container Load)
- For equipment with length less than 12m but width beyond 2.2m: Requires flat rack container (20 or 40 ft)
- For equipment beyond above dimensions: Requires bulk cargo transportation

There are four types of transfer carts, each designed for different applications:
- Towed Type Carts: For loads up to 60 tons. These economical carts have casters or crane wheels and are manually moved on smooth to semi-smooth floors or towed behind lift trucks. Ideal for space-constrained work areas.
- On-Rail Type Carts: For loads up to 100 tons. Mounted on steel rail for shuttling along fixed paths. Available in AC or DC battery powered versions. Custom deck frames available for specific applications.
- Steerable Type Carts: For loads up to 45 tons. Feature two fixed and two swivel casters with DC battery power (AC optional). Designed for smooth to semi-smooth level floors with customization available.
