Load capacity: Covers a full range from 5 tons to 300 tons. The 150-ton class is the standard model for shipyards. Customization for higher tonnage can be provided based on the weight of the ship's sections. 
Table size: The length can be customized from 10 to 18 meters, and the width can be customized from 3 to 6 meters, suitable for fitting the dimensions of ship sections, steel plates and large equipment. 
Drive method: Powered by high-power DC motor, with single or dual motor configurations. The total power can reach 5-30 kW, and it has a large starting torque for heavy loads. 
Operating speed: 0 - 20 meters per minute, with stepless speed adjustment. Low-speed crawling is convenient for precise alignment. 
Wheel configuration: High-strength cast steel wheels or heavy-duty polyurethane rubber-covered wheels, available in 4-wheel, 6-wheel or 8-wheel configurations, suitable for different load requirements. 
Control mode: Dual-mode of industrial-grade wireless remote controller and vehicle-mounted line control box, providing flexible and safe operation.

360° Collision Avoidance System: Equipped with multiple line laser radars + ultrasonic sensors + full vehicle mechanical collision bars, with three levels of protection to ensure operational safety. 
Sound and light warning system: An 85dB loud alarm device + a red flashing warning light, ensuring clear audible and visible in the noisy shipyard environment. 
Environmental protection grade: The electrical control cabinet has a protection level of IP54 or above, resistant to salt fog, moisture, and dust, and suitable for outdoor operations in shipyards.

Customization of countertop form: Flat type (general materials), V-shaped saddle (transporting pipes/steel sections), Concave type (transporting rolled materials), Expandable workbench (transporting ultra-wide sections), Platform with T-shaped groove (fixing workpieces). 
Wheel material options: Cast steel wheels (impact-resistant, suitable for heavy loads), polyurethane rubber-coated wheels (do not damage the floor, low noise). 
Navigation mode upgrade: It can be upgraded to magnetic pin navigation, laser SLAM navigation or QR code navigation, enabling unmanned automatic transportation of AGVs and integrating with MES/WMS systems. 
Environment adaptation customization: Special versions such as explosion-proof type, high-temperature resistant type, and anti-corrosion type can be provided.

If the quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL Container.
*If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the equipment is beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider bulk cargo.
