Heavy Duty 300-ton Load Capacity Battery-Powered Transfer Cart with Anti-Explosion and 360-Degree Rotation
BWP series flatbed truck cart is a trackless material handling trolley designed to operate on cement floors without requiring rail installation. Equipped with at least two casters enabling 360-degree motorized rotation without floor damage, this battery-powered electric transfer trolley offers complete freedom from cable constraints.
The trolley features intuitive forward/backward movement and left/right turning controls via button operation and speed controller. Optional PLC control system is available for full automation integration.

Steel plates are transported from raw material warehouse to CNC cutting workshop for precision cutting, followed by chip removal and layout processing.
Cut steel plates are assembled according to design specifications.
Automatic welding machines join steel plates after preliminary assembly.
Welding sections are tested, polished, deburred, and undergo stress elimination treatment.
Processed structures are transported to painting booth for two-layer zinc-rich epoxy anti-rust primer application.
Primer-coated structures are assembled with wheels, motors, gear boxes, and other components.
Assembled carts undergo final paint application after primer integrity inspection.
Complete carts are debugged with electric control systems, tested without load, then with load, and finally transported to storage after inspection.
