How to Choose the Right Heavy Duty Transport Trolley
Towed Type Carts
For loads up to 60 tons. These carts feature casters or crane wheels and are manually moved on smooth to semi-smooth floors or towed behind lift trucks or powered carts. An economical alternative to purchasing additional powered carts.
On-Rail Type Carts
For loads up to 100 tons. Mounted on steel rail for shuttling along fixed paths. Available in AC powered or DC battery powered versions. Ideal for moving materials like steel or liquid tanks between locations.
Steerable Type Carts
For loads up to 45 tons. Feature two fixed and two swivel casters with DC battery power (AC optional). Designed for travel on smooth to semi-smooth level floors with customization available for specific applications.
