Universal Joint 30x Zoom 35mm640 Thermal Imaging Fixed Focal Distance Measurement
The KHT30C is a professional three-axis gimbal that integrates 270x mixed optical zoom, fixed-focus 1080P camera, 640×512 thermal imaging camera with 35mm focal length, and 1800-meter laser ranging finder. It features network IP and HDMI dual output, with the PTZ adopting a high-precision encoder FOC control scheme for high stability, small size, light weight, and low power consumption. The visible light camera uses a wide dynamic SENSOR with 2 megapixels, while the thermal imaging employs a 640x512 resolution vanadium oxide detector. The system supports network RTSP picture-in-picture code stream output, multiple picture-in-picture modes, multiple pseudo-color displays, and global temperature measurement. Control is available via serial port, S.BUS, and network, with support for local TF dual-channel video and photography.

Use and Operation
Preparation and Inspection Before Use
- Check whether the hanging structure of the dual-optical gimbal is normal, with no obvious deformation or looseness
- Inspect lenses for dirt and clean with a lens cloth if necessary
- After installation, verify mechanical system installation is normal
- Check electrical connections are properly connected
- Verify pod imaging and functions are operating normally during ground testing
Safety Protection and Instructions
- Avoid power supply voltage exceeding allowable range
- Do not use under environmental conditions that exceed normal working load specifications
Operating Procedures
- After normal power-on, control pod functions via buttons or joysticks on UAV handheld terminal
Inspection and Recording
- Record problems encountered during use and save corresponding image data
Post-Use Procedures
- Disconnect system power first after use
- Separate pod from fuselage in static-free environment
- Store in dry, ventilated environment
- Place in protective box for long-term storage
