A: Regular orders take 15–25 working days after deposit confirmation; large-batch project orders will confirm detailed schedule separately per project scale.

A: We inspect frame structure, fabric tightness and LED lighting three times: after frame finished, mid-production assembly, and full finished product pre-shipment test to eliminate lighting failure or structural defects.

A: Products are partially disassembled for export packaging. We cooperate with reliable forwarders to arrange sea/air freight, can deliver to designated port or warehouse as customers’ request, and update logistics info timely.
