Extrusion Process Flow
1. Material Feeding: Raw plastic pellets, granules, or flakes are loaded into the hopper, with optional additives like colorants and UV inhibitors mixed at this stage
2. Melting and Mixing: Material gravity-feeds into the extruder barrel where a rotating screw melts plastic through heater and friction combination
3. Extrusion: Molten plastic passes through screen pack and breaker plate to remove impurities, then enters flat die to form continuous sheet
4. Cooling and Calendering: Hot sheet enters calendering system with cooling rollers that solidify material while precisely controlling thickness and surface quality
5. Trimming and Finishing: Sheet edges are trimmed to specified width, then material is cut to length or wound onto rolls for storage and transport
