• Viton (FKM) rod and piston seals standard, rated for continuous fluid temperature up to 150°C, compatible with HFA, HFC and HFD fire-resistant hydraulic fluids per ISO 12922
• External metal wiper scraper on rod gland prevents mill scale slag and metallic debris ingress, protecting primary PU rod seal from abrasive wear in dusty rolling mill environments
• Cylinder barrel fitted with thermal radiation shield plate mounting bosses, allowing add-on heat deflector for installations within 2 meters of continuous casting mold zone
• MF3 round flange with 8-bolt pattern, flange face machined flat within 0.02mm, pilot spigot concentricity 0.03mm to cylinder bore axis for rigid alignment-critical mill applications
• Piston rod surface double-hardened: induction case depth 2.0-2.5mm followed by hard chrome 30-50 μm, salt spray resistance 200+ hours for aggressive mill cooling water spray exposure
• Integrated stroke limit proximity switch mounting groove on barrel OD, accepting M12 inductive sensors for end-of-stroke signalling without external bracket fabrication
