A: Yes, all parts are custom made according to customer's drawings or samples! We can consider stocking items when customers require.
Q: Will my drawing be safe after you get it?
A: Yes, we will not release your design to third parties without your permission. We can sign an NDA before receiving your drawings.
Q: What is the MOQ?
A: We typically don't set MOQ, but larger quantities receive better pricing. We're happy to produce prototype parts or samples to ensure quality standards.
Q: Can you provide samples?
A: Yes, we require sample costs which will be refunded when proceeding to mass production. For molded items, we charge mold fees upfront, after which the mold belongs to the customer.
Q: How do you handle quality issues?
