Will my drawing be safe after you get it?
Yes, we will not release your design to third parties without your permission. We can sign an NDA before you send the drawing.
What is the MOQ?
We typically don't set MOQ, but larger quantities receive better pricing. We're happy to make prototype parts or samples to ensure quality standards.
Can you provide samples?
Yes, we require sample costs which will be returned when proceeding to mass production. For molded items, we charge a mold fee which then belongs to the customer.
How do you handle quality issues?
All products undergo QC inspection with reports before delivery. In rare cases of non-conformance, contact us immediately with photos. We will resolve issues promptly, covering resulting transportation costs.
