Yes, all parts are custom made according to customer's drawings or samples. We can consider stock items when customers require them.
Will my drawing be safe after you get it?
Yes, we will not release your design to third parties without permission. We can sign an NDA before receiving your drawings.
What is the MOQ?
We typically don't set MOQ, but larger quantities receive better pricing. We're happy to produce prototype parts or samples to ensure quality standards.
Can you provide samples?
Yes, we require sample costs which will be refunded when proceeding to mass production. For molded items, we charge mold fees upfront, after which the mold belongs to the customer.
How do you handle quality issues?
All products undergo QC inspection with reports before delivery. In rare cases of non-conformance, contact us immediately with photos. We will address issues promptly, covering resulting transportation costs.
