Choosing torque sensor range should be based on actual maximum torque measuring,

normally should have a certain margin, keep sensor from damage.

P: motor power consumption: KW
N: speed: r/min
If the motor you use is three-phase induction motor, due to large instantaneous torque motor start,

we suggest torque range should be 2 to 3 times of the rated torque.
