Product Overview

The 12V18AH AGM battery employs a lead-calcium-tin alloy grid designed using computer technology, which is formed through gravity casting process. Compared with traditional lead-antimony alloy grids, it effectively reduces the self-discharge rate (monthly self-discharge rate ≤3%) and simultaneously enhances the anti-corrosion performance of the plates, laying a solid foundation for the long service life of the battery. The active material is applied using a paste coating process, which is uniformly adhered to the plate surface to ensure sufficient reaction during charging and discharging processes. A glass fiber mat with high porosity (≥90%) is used as the electrolyte carrier, which fully absorbs the sulfuric acid electrolyte to form a 'starved-electrolyte' structure, completely solving the problem of electrolyte leakage in traditional lead-acid batteries. The separator is tightly bonded with the plates, shortening the ion conduction path and improving charging and discharging efficiency. The product is widely used in security monitoring equipment, small UPS power supplies, small transportation vehicles, energy storage and emergency equipment, as well as medical and industrial control equipment.
