The LKF-MSU204 is a high-performance MEMS inertial measurement unit featuring compact dimensions and exceptional overload resistance. This unit incorporates tri-axis gyroscope, accelerometer, magnetometer, and pressure sensors to measure angular rate, acceleration, magnetic field, and atmospheric pressure. All sensor data undergoes comprehensive error compensation including temperature, misalignment, and nonlinear corrections, with output delivered via serial communication protocol.
