LKF-FS98H Single-Axis Fiber Optic Gyroscope 9.8×9.8×3.5cm with RS422 Interface and ±500°/s Dynamic Range
The LKF-FS98H is a single-axis fiber optic gyroscope based on the optical Sagnac effect, designed to measure angular rate along the sensitive axis. This advanced inertial sensor utilizes a precision fiber coil with digital closed-loop detection circuitry to extract optical path differences caused by external angular velocity, converting them into high-precision voltage signals for accurate angular rate detection.
Featuring thin polarization-maintaining fiber with 135μm outer diameter, this compact solution enables miniaturized fiber coils while maintaining exceptional precision. The coils are wound using quadrupole symmetry method, ensuring optimal performance in demanding applications including UAVs, photoelectric pods, and optical platforms.
