Wine Cabinet Project Case

  The cooperative customer this time is a well-known high-end home retail group in Europe, headquartered in Germany, with business covering 12 European countries and more than 200 offline chain stores. Its core demand is to customize a batch of stainless steel wine cabinets that meet EU environmental standards and adapt to European-style home decoration, which are used for its offline store display and terminal retail. The products are required to have both high-end texture and practical performance, adapt to home scenarios of different house types, and meet the delivery, customs declaration and after-sales supporting needs of batch export, strictly complying with EU REACH environmental directives and food safety standards.
  As a source factory focusing on the R&D, production and export of stainless steel products, after receiving the overseas cooperation demand,in response to the customer's environmental protection and style needs, we optimized the customization plan. The material is 304 stainless steel that meets EU standards, which can be upgraded to 316L corrosion-resistant stainless steel according to customer requirements (suitable for use in coastal European countries). The surface adopts matte wire drawing and mirror titanium plating (champagne gold, bronze) processes, which are in line with mainstream European home styles such as light luxury and retro. At the same time, it has passed the EU REACH environmental testing, no harmful substances are released, and it is suitable for food-grade wine collection needs. In terms of structural design, seamless argon arc welding technology is adopted, the error of welding points is controlled within 0.1mm, and multiple polishing processes are carried out to achieve flawless connection of the cabinet. An imported intelligent constant temperature and humidity system is embedded, the temperature control range is accurately controlled at 7-18℃, and the humidity is maintained at 65%-75%RH. It is matched with double-layer hollow anti-ultraviolet glass doors to effectively block ultraviolet damage, delay wine oxidation and ensure wine collection quality.
  In the production link, relying on our own 12,000-square-meter standardized production base, a full set of automated production equipment and export-specific production lines, we realized the whole-process self-operated production such as laser precision cutting, CNC bending and modular assembly, strictly following the ISO9001 quality system and EU production standards. From plate inspection, process processing to finished product assembly, we established a multi-node quality inspection system to ensure that the product size accuracy is controlled within ±0.8mm, the load-bearing performance meets the standard (laminate load-bearing ≥60kg/㎡), and at the same time optimized the production process to meet the customer's batch export delivery requirements, completed production in advance, and reserved sufficient time for customs declaration and logistics. In addition, we provide free proofing services, send samples to the customer's headquarters by international courier, quickly optimize process details according to customer feedback, ensure that the final delivered products are highly consistent with customer needs, and provide a full set of export supporting documents such as product inspection reports and customs declaration materials.
