Cable is supplied in specified lengths on separate iron-wooden drums with minimum barrel diameter not less than 30 times the cable diameter. Cable ends are sealed with plastic protection caps to prevent water penetration and are easily accessible for testing. Each drum includes a final inspection test report with attenuation performance data for each fiber.
