Corning GYXTW Armored Fiber Optic Cable 2-48 Core 10-15mm Diameter for Outdoor Aerial Duct Applications
Corning GYXTW armored fiber optic cable features a black outer sheath and central loose tube structure designed for outdoor aerial and duct applications in power telecommunications networks.
The central loose tube fiber optic cable features optical fibers positioned in the center, filled with compound and protected by a PE jacket, reinforced with double steel wires for superior mechanical performance.
250μm fibers are positioned in high modulus plastic loose tubes filled with water-resistant compound. The tube is wrapped with PSP longitudinally with water-blocking material applied between PSP and loose tube. Two parallel steel wires provide reinforcement, completed with a durable polyethylene (PE) sheath.
