IEPP® PE Tank Chemical Dosing unit is a simple and reliable dosing equipment. The machine is composed by stirring motor, mixer, dosing port, water inlet, etc if the client has special requirements. This equipment has limited volume and low cost and has a wide range of use.

Application Scope:

water treatment and purification equipment; storage and transportation of cooling water, chemical preparations, chemical products, raw materials, various oil products and beverages for industrial use.

The plastic tanks of IEPP® PE Tank Chemical Dosing unit are dimensioned both according to chemical resistance and the static load. We guarantee a durable solution throughout the life of the tank, which is calculated for 25 by default year. In contrast to PE tanks, e.g. fiberglass tanks have a sacrificial layer in e.g. PP that is in contact with the liquid. When if this breaks down, there is a risk of breakdown stability of the tank, as the chemistry thus gains access to the structure-bearing layer. Our PE tanks have the same layers throughout the construction, giving one more accurate lifetime calculation.

IEPP has developed a collaboration with suppliers who mainly work in PE for tank systems. However, they can also work in PP, PVC, PVDF, PVDF-HP and E-CTFE. Larger tanks are reinforced with either fiberglass or steel, but the liner is retained in PE to always secure the chemical resistance.
