Softgel gelatin capsules are one piece, hermetically sealed, soft gelatin shells containing a liquid, a suspension or a semisolid. Soft gelatin is mainly composed of gelatin, plasticizers, preservative, colouring and opacifying agents, flavoring agents and sugars. It is made by softgel encapsulation machine.

Main structure

Medicine Pump system:The medicine is pumped from hopper to the wedge. It is the heart of the softgel machine. It can be design with different plunger depend on your requirement. 34 plungers is what we can made before.

Die roll housing: softgel capsules form based on the die roll type. The number of pocket of die roll decide the final production capacity of machine. If you want get good product, you must choose high quality die roll.

Spreader Box and drum:It is made from brass material. It combined with drum will lead the gelatin liquid into gelatin ribbon. Drum is the biggest parts of machine. However, if you want get high quality gelatin ribbon, you need control the temperature of drum accurately and precisely.

Gelatin melter: for making gelatin liquid.

Medicine tank: For preparation of medicine or filling material.
