Natural Gas Desulfurization Equipment with 300×10⁴ Nm³/day Capacity and 10 MPa Design Pressure for Industrial Gas Processing
This natural gas desulfurization system utilizes advanced chemical processes to remove hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide from natural gas streams, producing high-quality commercial gas.
Feed gas passes through separators to remove solid and liquid impurities, then enters the float valve tower where methyl diethanolamine (MDEA) solution effectively removes sulfur compounds.
After desulfurization, wet natural gas enters the dehydration tower where triethylene glycol (TEG) removes moisture, producing dry commercial-grade natural gas.
Both MDEA and TEG solutions undergo continuous regeneration processes, including flash evaporation, filtration, and steam heating for efficient recycling and operational sustainability.
H2S gas is processed through reaction furnaces where it reacts with air to form sulfur dioxide, ultimately producing elemental sulfur as a valuable byproduct.
