Gas Desulfurization Process Overview
Our gas desulfurization skid system efficiently removes sulfur compounds from sour natural gas using advanced chemical absorption and regeneration technology.
Process Flow Description
- Feed gas undergoes initial separation and filtration to remove solid and liquid impurities
- Desulfurization in float valve tower using MDEA (Methyl Diethanolamine) solution
- Wet purification separator removes MDEA liquid foam before dehydration
- Dehydration tower utilizes TEG (Triethylene Glycol) to produce dry natural gas
- MDEA rich liquid regeneration through flash evaporation, filtration, and steam heating
- TEG rich liquid regeneration via distillation column, flash tank, and filtration
- Acid gas processing with H2S conversion to elemental sulfur through controlled reaction
