The system comprises a belt concentrator and dewaterer. After adding flocculant, sludge undergoes thorough mixing in the sludge mixer before flowing into the gravity dewatering section. Free water separates through the filter belt gaps into the collection tank. The wedge precompression section gradually levels the sludge for initial dewatering before entering the S-shape multi-roll squeezing section where alternating pressure from various diameter rolls achieves optimal moisture removal.
