High-Precision Cyclical Rake Screen System
This integrated conveying and compaction system operates at 6 rotations per minute and is designed for primary interception in sewage treatment applications. The equipment effectively removes large-volume impurities including stones, branches, and plastic bottles to protect downstream treatment equipment.

System Operation
The drum spiral type equipment features a round screening drum installed at a 35° angle. When sewage enters the screening drum, larger debris is intercepted and settles on the inner surface. Motor-driven rotation combined with screening removal brush and flushing mechanism ensures continuous cleaning. Screened material is flushed into the central material groove, lifted by conveying screw rod, and discharged after squeezing and dewatering.
