Designed specifically for abrasive materials including coal, ore, and sand, the equipment features reinforced structures with wear-resistant alloy layers welded to screw blade surfaces and wear-resistant plates lining the trough interior walls.

This shaftless screw conveyor operates by receiving material through the incoming hopper. The rotating helical blade pushes and slides materials along the U-shaped conveying chute toward the discharge port. The system is designed to work seamlessly with squeezers or trash carts for further material processing.
