This heavy-duty 35-meter industrial sludge scraper is engineered for harsh wastewater treatment environments, featuring corrosion-resistant construction for extended service life in demanding applications.

Utilizing peripheral drive technology, the system processes sewage entering through the central inlet pipe. After dispersion by the steady flow cylinder, wastewater flows radially toward the tank periphery. Suspended sludge settles and is collected by rotating scraping arms and plates, then conveyed to the sludge cylinder for discharge through the central pipe. Surface scum is simultaneously removed via rotating slag skimmers.
