Our inclined plate settler scraper delivers reliable performance for water treatment plants, efficiently handling activated sludge or anaerobic sludge in sewage treatment applications.
This equipment features a peripheral driving mechanism. Sewage flows into the tank through the central inlet pipe and disperses uniformly in radial state after passing through the steady flow cylinder. Suspended sludge settles and is scraped from the tank bottom. The drive unit rotates the working bridge along the tank periphery, simultaneously moving the scraping arm and sludge scraping plate. Collected sludge is suctioned into the sludge cylinder and discharged through the central sludge pipe. Surface scum is skimmed to the pool edge by a rotating slag skimmer and removed by the slag removal bucket.
