Scum and Combined Rotating Sludge Scraper
This industrial sludge scraper system is engineered for simultaneous surface scum removal and bottom sludge collection in wastewater treatment applications. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel, it withstands harsh chemical environments including acidic and alkaline wastewater conditions.
Operating Principle
The equipment utilizes peripheral driving technology where sewage enters through the central inlet pipe and flows radially outward after dispersion by the steady flow cylinder. Suspended sludge settles at the tank bottom for collection.
The drive unit rotates the working bridge along the tank periphery, simultaneously driving the scraping arm and sludge scraping plate. Collected sludge is suctioned into the sludge cylinder and discharged through the central sludge pipe, while surface scum is skimmed to the pool edge and removed via the slag removal bucket.
