Technical Operation
This shaftless screw-type equipment processes material through a systematic dewatering sequence. Material enters the incoming hopper where helical blades rotate to push and transport it along the U-type conveying chute into the compaction zone. The sludge is squeezed and dewatered under reverse spring pressure from the squeezing pipe and discharging door cover. Once dewatered, the screening forcefully opens the pressure board and falls into the transport trolley, while squeezed water flows into the screen well through the return pipe.
