Designed for Perkins 1103 and 1104 mechanical-injection engines used in compact tractors, telehandlers, mini-excavators, and mobile welder/generator packages. Compatible with:

• Massey Ferguson 3300-series and 4300-series tractors
• Landini Rex 4-100 / Rex 4-110 utility tractors
• JCB TM310 and TM320 articulated loaders
• Pramac GSW45P diesel generator sets

Fits 3.3L and 4.4L three- and four-cylinder naturally aspirated or turbocharged engines rated from 55 kW to 85 kW at 2,200-2,600 r/min.

• Plunger diameter: 10 mm with 9 mm maximum stroke
• Peak injection pressure: Up to 1,400 bar
• Feed pump capacity: 120 L/h at 400 kPa
• Automatic advance: 4° crank-angle advance from 1,000 to 2,400 r/min
• Drive coupling: 12 mm Woodruff key with 110 mm PCD four-bolt pattern
• Seal compatibility: FKM (Viton) for biodiesel blends up to B20

• Plunger and barrel assemblies: Case-hardened 20MnCr5 alloy steel with 0.3 µm Ra super-finish
• Camshaft lobes: Induction-hardened to 58-62 HRC
• Roller tappets: DLC coating for reduced scuffing
• Distributor head: High-tensile aluminium alloy with bronze wear sleeves
• Governor cover: Glass-fibre-reinforced nylon with IP65 rating
• Control sleeve: Lightweight aluminium die-cast for rapid idle-speed recovery
